Join us for a fun, competitive, and welcoming Pickleball Open Play! Whether you’re looking to improve your skills, meet new players, or enjoy competitive games, everyone is welcome to join.

📅 SCHEDULE

Location: Match Point Pickleball Courts, Samal Bataan
Court: 5 Standard Courts

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session for registration.

🎾 HOW TO JOIN

1. Register by clicking “Join”
2. Choose your preferred schedule.
3. Wait for confirmation from the organizers.
4. Secure your slot by completing the payment.
5. Show up on time and enjoy the games!

Note: Slots are limited and will be confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

* Cancellations made 12 hours before the session may be eligible for a transfer to another person but not refundable.
* No-shows are considered forfeited slots and are generally non-refundable.
* If the organizer cancels due to bad weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered a refund.

📜 QUICK HOUSE RULES

1. Respect all players, organizers, and court facilities.
2. Follow proper pickleball etiquette and sportsmanship.
3. Rotate fairly and follow the assigned Open Play format.
4. Be ready to play when your turn is called.
5. Keep games moving and avoid unnecessary delays.
6. Use appropriate pickleball equipment and proper court shoes.
7. No aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.
8. Keep the venue clean and dispose of trash properly.
9. Players are responsible for their own personal belongings.
10. Most importantly, have fun and play fair!

⚠️ LIABILITY & WAIVER

By joining the Pickleball Open Play, participants acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport and may involve risks such as falls, collisions, muscle strains, or other injuries. Participants voluntarily assume responsibility for their own safety and agree to play within their physical capabilities.

Participants are responsible for informing the organizers of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate.

By registering and participating, players agree to follow the Open Play rules and understand that the organizers, venue, and affiliated individuals are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By joining, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Open Play rules, cancellation policy, and liability waiver.
