🏓 DUPR & Account Requirement
* All players are kindly asked to have an active DUPR account linked to their Reclub profile before joining.

🎮 Game Format

- Sideout Scoring to 11 win by 2pts.
- No sudden Death.


📲 DUPR Requirement
• Your Reclub account must be connected to your DUPR account before the event.
• Players without a linked DUPR account will not be accommodated.

📊 DUPR Reporting
All official match results will be submitted in DUPR after the event.

❗️Rescheduling / Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule, please notify the organizers at least 24 hours before the scheduled gameplay. 1 week validity
• Rescheduling requests made within the allowed period may be transferred to a future DUPR event, subject to slot availability.
• All payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform the organizers of the replacement player’s details.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before gameplay are not eligible for rescheduling. If you are unable to find a replacement player, your payment will be forfeited.

Participation in this event is voluntary and at your own risk.

The organizers and the Club shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Please play responsibly, listen to your body, and stop immediately if you feel unwell or experience any discomfort.

‼️ Arrival & Registration
All players are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time, for registration and event briefing.
Upon arrival, kindly approach any of the organizers (Jem, Roxy, Len, or Sab) for attendance. A 15-minute grace period will be given for late arrivals. After that, your slot will be automatically forfeited to keep the event running on schedule. No exceptions.

‼️ Respect Everyone’s Time
All match schedules are carefully prepared 1–2 days before the event to ensure smooth transitions between rounds and a fair number of games for all participants.
We kindly ask everyone to respect the time and effort invested in organizing the event by arriving on time and being ready when called for your matches. Your cooperation helps us provide a fair, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone
