## FIXED-PAIR OPEN PLAY

### Rules & Reminders

Welcome, Divas! 💗 Get ready to dink, rally, and have fun with your partner! To ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable session for everyone, please read and follow these rules.

**1. FIXED-PAIR FORMAT**

* Players must register and play with their assigned or registered partner.
* No partner switching during the session unless approved by the organizer.
* Both partners are responsible for communicating and coordinating with each other.

**2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT**

* Once confirmed, your slot is non-refundable, whether or not you can attend.
* If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding a replacement player.
* Inform the organizer immediately if you need a replacement. The substitute must be approved and must meet the session's skill-level requirements.

**3. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY**

* Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
* Inform the organizer in advance if you will be late or absent.
* Late arrivals may miss their scheduled games to avoid delaying other players.
* Both partners should be present and ready when their game is called.

**4. GAME ROTATION & COURT ETIQUETTE**

* Follow the assigned game schedule, court rotation, and match format.
* Be ready to play when your pair is called.
* Finish games within the allotted time to keep the session on schedule.
* Allow the next pair to enter the court promptly after your game.

**5. FAIR PLAY & SPORTSMANSHIP**

* Make honest line calls and respect your opponents' decisions.
* Be courteous, encouraging, and respectful to all players.
* Avoid arguments, excessive celebrations, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
* Remember: we are here to improve, compete fairly, and enjoy the game!

**6. SKILL LEVEL & GAME EXPECTATIONS**

* This session is intended for the announced skill levels only.
* Play competitively but respectfully, regardless of your opponents' experience.
* Avoid intentionally targeting or intimidating less experienced players.
* Follow the organizer's guidance regarding game rules and scoring.

**7. SAFETY & EQUIPMENT**

* Wear proper court shoes and suitable sports attire.
* Bring your own paddle, water, and other personal essentials.
* Warm up properly and stay hydrated.
* Stop playing and inform the organizer if you feel unwell or notice an unsafe court condition.

**8. RESPECT THE ORGANIZERS & VENUE**

* Follow the organizer's instructions throughout the session.
* Keep the court and surrounding areas clean.
* Take care of the venue's equipment and facilities.
* Raise concerns politely and directly with the organizer.
