Welcome to KASACA Open Play! Please read and follow these guidelines to help us create a fun, fair, and welcoming pickleball community.

SLOT CONFIRMATION
Only players who have completed payment are considered confirmed and guaranteed a slot. Unpaid registrations will be moved to the WAITLIST 4 HOURS before the event to give other players who are ready to pay the opportunity to join.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All Open Play payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid. If KASACA cancels the event due to weather conditions or other major/unforeseen circumstances, players may choose to carry over their payment to the next KASACA Open Play or follow the alternative arrangement announced by the organizer.

PLAYER & COURT ETIQUETTE

Respect all players, regardless of skill level.
Play fairly and practice good sportsmanship.
Follow the Open Play rotation and court assignments.
Be ready when it is your turn to play.
Follow the rules and regulations of the host venue.
Keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.
No aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

TEENS or KIDS PARTICIPANTS
Teen players must have prior approval and consent from a parent or legal guardian before joining KASACA Open Play. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the teen participant is fit and permitted to participate.

SAFETY
Players are responsible for knowing their own physical limits. Please warm up, stay hydrated, and immediately report any injury or unsafe condition to the KASACA team or venue staff.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
KASACA Sports PH and the host venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the Open Play. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Photos and videos may be taken during the Open Play for KASACA Sports PH community and promotional content. Please inform the KASACA team if you have concerns about appearing in photos or videos.
