PAYMENT POLICY ‼️

1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – Your registration slot will only be secured once your payment has been verified by the organizers. Please send your PROOF OF PAYMENT through the Reclub chat box for confirmation.

2. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS – All payments are final and non-refundable once completed, including cancellations made by participants or failure to attend the event.

3. TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION – If you are unable to attend, your paid registration may be transferred to another player, provided that the organizers are notified in advance and approve the transfer.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I understand that pickleball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, strains, fractures, dehydration, and other possible injuries. By participating in the event, I voluntarily acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS

I confirm that I am responsible for assessing my own physical condition and fitness before participating. I agree to stop playing immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or any symptoms that could affect my health or safety.

3. SAFETY RULES AND PROPER CONDUCT

I agree to comply with all venue regulations, handle sports equipment properly, observe court safety rules, and follow reasonable instructions from the organizers and event staff. I understand that failure to follow safety guidelines or engaging in inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in my removal from the event.

4. LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

I acknowledge and accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participating in the event. I agree not to hold Paddle View, its organizers, volunteers, or event staff liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from these inherent risks, to the extent legally permissible.

Nothing in this waiver shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting liability for negligence, willful misconduct, or any other circumstances.

5. EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to contact my designated emergency contact and arrange appropriate medical assistance when reasonably necessary. I understand that I may be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND EQUIPMENT

I understand that I am responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings, valuables, and sports equipment during the event. Paddle View and its organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to such items.

7. PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT NOTICE

I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event for documentation purposes. I acknowledge that the use or publication of identifiable images for promotional or public purposes must comply with applicable privacy laws and any required notice and consent.

8. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By participating in Paddle View activities, I confirm that I have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver. I have had the opportunity to seek clarification regarding any provision and voluntarily agree to participate, acknowledging the responsibilities and risks involved.
