This session is open to:
• Beginners
• Novice

Players will be grouped and matched through PickleQ to ensure balanced games, fair rotations, and maximum court time.

⚠️ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of play for check-in and match setup.

• Players added to the WAITLISTED must settle payment immediately to secure their slot.
• Once payment has been sent, please upload your proof of payment in the event chat for verification.
• Upon verification of payment, players will be moved from the WAITLISTED to the PARTICIPANTS list.
• Only paid players will be added to the PARTICIPANTS list.
• Slots are confirmed on a FIRST PAID, FIRST CONFIRMED basis.
• Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to another player. Payments cannot be transferred or credited to a future open play.
• Slot transfers must be coordinated with the organizers.
• Unpaid slots may be released to other waitlisted players.
• STRICTLY NO WALK-INS.

• Games are played to 11 points
• At 10–10, next point wins (sudden death)
• Please play fair and make honest line calls
• Encourage and support newer players
• Good sportsmanship is expected from all participants

By joining this event, participants acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury.
