- Your payments are non refundable
- For slot cancellations, we can only credit your payment if we can replace your slot during the fully booked OP
- If incase we cannot replace your slot during a fully booked OP, this is an opportunity loss and your credit will only be applicable only on non fully booked schedules.

* Open Play special groupings during stacking will be decided ONLY by our stacking manager if it is needed. Special groupings must allow 1 turn skip behind their turn.
