✅ SLOT CONFIRMATION POLICY
Slots are confirmed only upon payment. Unpaid reservations may be released to waitlisted players.

💳 REFUND POLICY
Refund requests will only be accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled Open Play. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will no longer be eligible for a refund.

By signing up for and participating in this event, players agree to join at their own risk. First Serve Pickleball Club and Picklepad Taytay assume no responsibility for any personal injuries, illnesses, physical damages, or loss of personal items sustained before, during, or after the session.
​Queue System & Court Etiquette

To ensure fair play and equal court time for everyone, all players must respect and follow the automated queue system managed by Queue Master Coach Nikolo.

​Follow Order: Players may only take the court when their group is called up by the queue system.
​Rotation: Win or lose, players must yield the court promptly at the end of each game to allow the next waiting group to play.
​Waitlist Respect: Jumping the queue or jumping onto open courts without host assignment is strictly prohibited.
