Thanks to Union Athletics for hosting us! Here’s everything you need for our upcoming Open Play Night Session:

🗒️Session Details
💵Fee: ₱250.00 (First to pay, first to play)
🎾Courts: 4 courts available
🙅🏻‍♀️Policy: No walk-ins | No-show = No refund

✍️ Priority & Booking Rules
Priority Order: Club Members > Member’s +1 > Non-Members.

🔵Members: Moved to CONFIRMED upon payment or cash confirmation. Unpaid spots go to the waitlist.

🟢Non-Members: Accepted starting 2 days before the session. Confirmed only upon payment.

❌Cancellations: Free up to 8 hours before play. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

🏓Open Play Guidelines🏓

PickleQ Queue: Check in with our QMs on-site before playing. First-timers, set your star rating! Missing 5 calls forfeits your turn.

QM Desk: Keep seating clear and please do not touch the tablet.

Game Play: Max 5-dink warm-up, then play-for-serve. Games are to 11 points (sudden death, no deuce) and run 10–25 mins.

Community First: We are a non-profit, volunteer-run club—all surplus funds go to balls and events. Thank you for your patience!
