• Maximum of 2–3 dinks before starting each game to keep rotations fast and ensure everyone gets equal playing time.
• Follow the game assignments and rotation provided by the organizer.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations are allowed at least 8 hours before the scheduled session. Otherwise, payment is forfeited.
• Slots may be transferred to another player.
• Please notify the organizer as early as possible if you cannot attend.

• Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
• Wear proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes.
• Bring your own paddle.
• Bring your own water bottle and stay hydrated.
• Practice good sportsmanship and respect fellow players.
