LGH’s Competitive Open Play

Guidelines & Details

* Open to players with Mid to High intermediate skill levels and a DUPR rating not lower than 3.0. Games are expected to be intense and competitive.

* Players below the required rating may still be accepted upon evaluation and approval by LGH coaches.

💰 Registration Fee: ₱100 per head
👥 Limited to 10 Players only!
✅ Balls will be provided during the games

PAYMENT DETAILS
• ₱100 per player (₱100 for cash payments/walk-ins)
• Payment must be settled at least 12 hours before the game (for confirmed players only). For CASH PAYMENTS kindly send us a message to secure your slot at least 12 hours before the game.
• Players will be waitlisted until payment is received
• Slots are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Confirmed slots are non-refundable but transferable.
• Send proof of payment to the game chat or upload it in the payment section

* No walk-ins will be accepted once the open play is full.

* Includes 4 hours of open play.

* DUPR matches may be initiated upon request.

* Upon arrival at LGH, please approach a LGH personnel to verify your inclusion in the player list for the open play session.

* No refund policy for no-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours before the start of the open play.


LGH PICKLEBALL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the use of the facilities, equipment, and services of LGH PICKLEBALL (FACILITY), I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities at the Facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat stroke and potential exposure to communicable diseases, I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.
2. Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue LGH PICKLEBALL, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property that may arise from or in connection with my use of the Facility or participation in any Facility-related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LGH PICKLEBALL and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my participation in any activity at the Facility.
4. Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable by the Facility staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.
5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant permission for the Facility to use photographs or video taken of me for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
6. Rules and Conduct:
I agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations of the Facility and to follow the instructions of Facility staff at all times.
