1. REGISTRATION

* Registration fee: ₱199 per player.
* Registration will be conducted through the Reclub app.
* Players must ensure that their Reclub and DUPR accounts are properly linked before the event.
* All participants must complete the registration process and check in before playing.

2. GAME FORMAT

* All matches will be DUPR-rated matches.
* Match pairings and opponents will be arranged according to the event’s designated match rotation system.
* Players will rotate partners and opponents throughout the session to maximize playing opportunities.
* All players must follow the assigned game schedule and court assignments.
* Players must submit their match results accurately and promptly after every game through the designated system.

3. MATCH RULES

* Match scoring and game format will follow the event organizers’ announced rules.
* Players must observe proper sportsmanship and respect all participants, referees, and organizers.
* Any scoring disputes must be raised with the organizers before the next match begins.
* Players are responsible for ensuring that their DUPR match results are recorded correctly.

4. TOP 5 PLAYER PRIZES

The top five players will receive the following prizes:

🥈 Top 2 Medal + ₱300 cash + Gift Voucher
🥉 Top 3 Medal + ₱200 cash + Gift Voucher
Top 4 Medal + ₱150 cash + Gift Voucher
Top 5 Medal + ₱100 cash + Gift Voucher

The ranking and tie-breaking criteria will be announced by the organizers before the event.

5. SURPRISE RAFFLE ITEMS

* Registered participants may qualify for the event’s surprise raffle, subject to the organizers’ announced raffle mechanics.
* Raffle prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the organizers.

6. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

* Arrive on time and be ready when called for a match.
* Wear appropriate pickleball attire and court shoes.
* Bring your own paddle and other playing essentials.
* Maintain fair play, respect, and a positive attitude throughout the event.
* Notify the organizers promptly if unable to attend.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

* The organizers reserve the right to adjust the schedule, match format, or rotation system when necessary.
* Any issues not covered by these mechanics will be resolved by the organizers.
* Participation signifies acceptance of the event mechanics and the organizers’ final decisions.
