🏓 OPEN PLAY: THE UPSIDE DOWN FORMAT

• Doubles Open Play
• Must know basic rules, scoring, and court etiquette
• Matches will be generated through Pickler Lobby to ensure all players have fair play time.
• Games will be level-based for a more balanced and enjoyable experience.
• First to 11 points wins! No deuce (sudden death).
• The top player will receive an OVERGRIP from us!

📝 REGISTRATION: ENTERING THE GATE

1. REQUEST TO JOIN
Do not send payment if you are not yet WAITLISTED.

2. WAIT FOR THE SIGNAL
Once your status changes to WAITLISTED, you may proceed with payment using the details on the PAYMENT tab.

3. PROOF OF PAYMENT
Upload your proof of payment through the PAYMENT tab.

3. YOU’RE IN.
Once your payment has been verified and confirmed, you’re officially in the Dinkside Down.

🚪 CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: CLOSING THE GATE

Once you’ve paid, no refunds are allowed.

But if the Upside Down calls you elsewhere, we suggest that you SELL YOUR SLOT to give another player a chance to enter.

🎒 THE SURVIVAL KIT

Before entering the Dinkside Down, make sure you have:

🏓 PADDLE — BYOP
Bring Your Own Paddle! We have paddles available to borrow, but they’re first come, first served. Venue offers paddle rental for PHP 100 as well.

👟 FOOTWEAR — STAY GROUNDED
Clean, non-marking court or tennis shoes are mandatory.

💧 HYDRATION — BRING YOUR OWN
Bring your own drinks and stay hydrated. Free drinking water and ice are available at the venue.

⚠️ DINKSIDE DOWN PROTOCOLS

1. 🚫 DON’T HOG THE UPSIDE DOWN

Respect the Pickler Lobby and the rotation. Everyone gets their time in the alternate dimension. No fixed partners allowed.

2. 👻 NO GHOSTING

Plans changed? Cancel early.
Give our waitlisted players a chance to enter through the Gate.

3. ⚡ HIGH ENERGY ONLY

Leave the attitude at the door.

Good vibes only. We’re here to play, laugh, socialize, and make questionable decisions at the kitchen line.

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

By joining this event, participants grant THE DINKSIDE DOWN permission to take photos and videos during the event and use them for marketing, promotional, social media, and other related purposes without compensation.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in this event, you acknowledge that pickleball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. THE DINKSIDE DOWN, event organizers, hosts, staff, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, or other claims that may arise before, during, and after the event.
