OFFICIAL OP PROTOCOLS

I. GAMEPLAY & SCORING

Format: Matches are played to 11 points. If 10-10, you must win by at least 2 points or 10 minutes per game.

Queueing: We use the app, Picklrs/PickleQ.

Pairing Restrictions: To maximize community rotation, no single player shall partner with the same individual for two (2) consecutive matches.

II. REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION

PAYMENT:
1. Please pay one day before the session. Please wait for the admin’s go signal before settling.
2. Check the QR displayed in chat section for settling payment. Kindly upload screenshot showing REFERENCE NUMBER for confirmation.
3. Pay only if you are on the CONFIRMED LIST.
4. Unpaid players four (4) hours prior the start of schedule may be removed and be included in the waitlist.
5. If you are a waitlisted participant, kindly wait for the staff’s advice regarding the remaining slots before proceeding with payment.

Cancellation: Requests for Cancellation must be formally submitted at least four (4) hours prior to the start of the scheduled session.

Refund Policy: All Paid players who wish to cancel their registration before four (4) hours of the session are strictly non-refundable.

III. LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in this event, players voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with the sport. The Organizers, venue management, and its affiliates shall be held free and harmless from any liability regarding:

1 Physical injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies sustained on-site.
2 Loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
