🎯 GAME FORMAT & ROTATION

* Games are played to 11 points.
* No deuce / win-by-two — the first player or team to reach 11 wins.
* A quick 3-ball warm-up or dinking session is allowed during the first game only.
* Players rotate after every game using our automated stacking system.
* This is an open-play format designed to help everyone meet, mix, and play with different members of both communities.

📝 HOW TO JOIN

✅ STEP 1: Request to join the open play on Reclub.

✅ STEP 2: Reclub members may add one (+1) guest, subject to slot availability.

✅ STEP 3: Wait for the host to add you to the waitlisted players.

✅ STEP 4: Check if slots are still available, then pay via GCash using the details above.

✅ STEP 5: Upload your payment receipt under the Payment tab on Reclub or send it through the game chat.

✅ STEP 6: Wait for the host to verify your payment. Your slot is secured only once your payment is confirmed and your status is updated to Accepted.

⚠️ Please do not send payment if all slots have already been filled.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

* Please make sure you are listed as a confirmed/accepted player before coming to the venue.
* All paid and confirmed bookings are final. No cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.
* If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Please inform the organizers before transferring it. Any replacement must be coordinated with the organizers.
* Only one paddle per player should be placed in the stacking area to keep the rotation organized.
* Please be mindful of the automated queue and follow the assigned rotation.
