🏓OPEN PLAY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

📍PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By participating in any Dink Unibeersity Pickleball Club Open Play, you hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that pickleball and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, injuries caused by equipment or other players, dehydration, and other physical injuries.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. HEALTH & FITNESS

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in pickleball activities. I am responsible for determining whether I am medically and physically able to participate safely.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless **Dink Unibeersity Pickleball Club**, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the venue/facility from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of my voluntary participation in the Open Play.

This waiver does not exclude liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings, including paddles, bags, phones, wallets, and other property. Dink Unibeersity Pickleball Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

5. SPORTSMANSHIP & SAFETY

I agree to follow venue rules, safety instructions, court etiquette, and reasonable directions provided by the organizers. I understand that unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Open Play.

6. PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the Open Play and may be used by Dink Unibeersity Pickleball Club for event documentation and promotional purposes. Where consent is required by applicable law, the organizers will obtain the appropriate consent.

7. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize the organizers to seek reasonable emergency assistance when necessary. I understand that I remain responsible for my own medical expenses unless otherwise required by law.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

BY REGISTERING FOR, ATTENDING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THIS OPEN PLAY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND THIS WAIVER.

Participation in the Open Play constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
