The First Rally: Dupr-rated Play (Beginner to Novice Players with No Dupr rating

THE FIRST RALLY 🏓

Your first rally. Your first rating. Your first step into competitive pickleball.

DUPR-Rated Play | Beginner to Novice

Whether you’re preparing for your first tournament, have already played in a few, or simply want to know where your game really stands — The First Rally is where you start.

WHY GET YOUR DUPR RATING?

You don’t have to be an advanced player to get a DUPR rating.

In fact, getting rated early can be one of the best things you can do as you begin your competitive pickleball journey.

Your DUPR gives you a starting point — a number that can move with you as your game develops.

🏓 KNOW WHERE YOU STAND

Instead of guessing whether you’re a beginner, novice, or somewhere in between, start building your rating through actual match results.

📈 TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

As you play more rated games, your DUPR can reflect how your competitive game develops. Your first rating isn’t a final verdict — it’s your starting line.

🏆 GET TOURNAMENT-READY

If you’re looking to compete in tournaments, having a DUPR gives you a better understanding of where your game currently stands and helps you find divisions that match your level.

🤝 FIND BETTER COMPETITION

Your rating helps you connect with players around your level, giving you more competitive and meaningful games.

🎯 PLAY. RATE. IMPROVE.

Don’t guess your level. Don’t wait until you’re “good enough” to get rated.

Play rated games. Let your results build your rating. Use it as a reference point as you improve.
