* At 10–10, it’s sudden death — next point wins.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
📍 No refunds after confirmation.
📍 You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted/substitute player and handle the refund directly.
📍 Inform the admin at least 6 hours before the session of any changes.
📍 Replacement players require admin approval.
📍 If your slot is not filled, the fee goes to the club fund
