**All players must connect their DUPR account to Reclub.
**Rating cannot be provided if any player do not have DUPR account during the event.


PROCESS:
NR Players will be matched randomly.
15 mins max per game. Raise to 11, 1 set.

📍 WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Look for the host right away so we can:
• Tick your name off the list
• Place you into the game lineup
This keeps the matches running smoothly and fairly for everyone.



📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Additional session may open depending on court availability. Please check our chat regularly for updates.
• Sessions may be cancelled if at least 70% of the slots are not filled. In this case, you may transfer your slot to another schedule or opt for a refund.
• Slots are limited per session to make sure nobody spends too much time waiting on the bench.


❌ CANCELLATIONS
• If you cannot make it, please let us know early so someone else can take your spot.
• Last-minute cancellations make it tricky to fill the court, so please give us a heads-up!
• Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled play are not eligible for refund or rebooking.
• Refunds or rebooking may be honored if requested earlier than 24 hours before the schedule.
• Rebooking must be claimed within 7 days.
