● Take care of your personal belongings and court facilities.

By participating in any SIDEOUT Pickleball Club activity, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

● I understand that pickleball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, and other possible injuries.
● I voluntarily participate and accept responsibility for my own physical condition, safety, and well-being.
● SIDEOUT Pickleball Club, its organizers, and representatives shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical expenses arising from participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
● SIDEOUT Pickleball Club and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including paddles, phones, wallets, bags, and other valuables.
● I agree to follow all club rules, court guidelines, and safety instructions.
● I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms and conditions before participating.

• Please complete your payment via GCash and send a screenshot of your transaction as proof of payment to confirm your slot and secure your registration.

• If you prefer to pay in cash, kindly send us a direct message so we can make the necessary arrangements.
