HOW TO SECURE YOUR SLOT

1. REQUEST TO JOIN
Send a request to join the Open Play session.

2. PAY BEFORE PLAY
Once eligible, complete your payment and upload your receipt in the Payment tab to secure your slot.

• Waitlisted: You may proceed with payment.
• Requested: Please wait for confirmation before making any payment.
• First to Pay = Priority on the Confirmed list.
• Unpaid reservations will be placed WAITLISTED

3. FULLY BOOKED?
If all slots are filled, please do not proceed with payment.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player.
• Please inform the admin at least 2 hours before Open Play if you are transferring your slot.

🚶 WALK-INS

Walk-ins are welcome subject to slot availability.

REMINDERS ‼️

• 1 club ball per court will be provided.
• Please bring at least 1 personal pickleball.
• If the club ball gets damaged during play, players personal balls will be used.
