​🚀 INTERMEDIATE & ABOVE MEET — RULES & GUIDELINES

3 pickleball standard courts - 9:1 ratio

​Welcome to our competitive open play! To ensure fast-paced, high-quality, and safe games for everyone, please review and adhere to the following guidelines.

​1. Skill Level Requirement (Intermediate & Above)

​Pace & Consistency: Players must have strong command of fundamental strokes, good court positioning, consistent execution, and the ability to read the game at a fast pace.

​Self-Rating Check: If you are still developing basic consistency, learning fundamental rules/rotation, or struggle with court coverage, this session may not be the right fit. Organizers reserve the right to move players to an appropriate group if the skill level mismatch impacts game flow.

​2. Liability & Waiver (Important)

​Play at Your Own Risk: By signing up and stepping onto the court, you acknowledge that sports involve physical exertion and inherent risks of injury.

​NOT Responsible for Injuries: The organizers, hosts, and venue are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal property sustained before, during, or after the session.

​Health Status: Please ensure you are physically fit to play. If you feel unwell or sustain an injury, stop playing immediately.

​3. Queue & Game Etiquette
​Paddle / Queue System: Follow the designated rotation or queue system strictly. Do not cut the line or manipulate order.

​Respect Time: Keep warm-ups brief (max 2–3 minutes) when a new game starts to maximize actual playing time.

​Sportsmanship: Maintain a competitive yet respectful attitude. Trash talk, unsportsmanlike conduct, and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

​4. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

​Be Mindful of Waitlists: If you sign up, your spot is expected to be filled.

​Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Please update your status at least 24 hours before the event starts to give players on the waitlist a fair chance to join. Players may sell or transfer the slot after the approval of the hosts. NO REFUNDS.

​5. Fees & Payments
​Payment Terms: Fees must be settled before getting into the confirmed list via GCash. Unpaid slots may be given to other waitlisted players.

FIRST PAY, FIRST CONFIRM. Kindly wait for the host to put you on the waitlist first before paying.
