💰 REGISTRATION FEE
Non-refundable, non-offsettable, but transferable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer or sell your slot.

👥 SMVPC Members: ₱150
👤 Non-Members: ₱200

📊 SKILL-BASED GROUPING

To make our games more balanced and competitive, we will have two separate Reclub events:

🔹 NR-Beginners (2.99 maximum)
🔹 FIXED PARTNER: Min. 2.5+

These divisions will be strictly implemented. Please register only for the division that best reflects your current playing level.

For fairness and better matchups, the SMVPC committee/organisers reserve the right to assess a player’s playing level based on their actual gameplay, regardless of their registered DUPR rating.

Our goal is to create competitive matches where everyone has the opportunity to play, improve, and enjoy the game. 🫶🏼

📖 BASIC RULES REQUIREMENT

All players joining our DUPR events are expected to have a good understanding of the basic rules of pickleball, including:

🏓 Serving & scoring
🏓 Kitchen / Non-Volley Zone rules
🏓 Faults
🏓 General game flow

If you’re still learning the fundamentals, we encourage you to continue joining our Open Play sessions first. Once you’re comfortable with the rules and game flow, we’d be more than happy to welcome you to our future DUPR events! 😊

This is not meant to discourage new players. We simply want to make sure our official DUPR matches run smoothly, with minimal interruptions and the best possible experience for everyone.

🔀 MATCH RANDOMIZATION

We’ll continue using the PickleQ app to randomize partners and opponents.

This allows everyone to play with different players throughout the session while keeping the matches as fair, competitive, and enjoyable as possible. 🎲🏓

🤝 SPORTSMANSHIP & RESPECT

SMVPC was created to build a community where everyone can play pickleball, make new friends, improve, and have fun together. ❤️

While DUPR naturally brings a more competitive atmosphere, we expect everyone to compete with respect, humility, and good sportsmanship.

Friendly competition is always welcome! 💪🏼 But bullying, insulting, excessive trash talk, or any behaviour intended to embarrass or discourage another player has no place in our club.

Whether you win or lose, remember—we’re all here because we love pickleball and want to get better together. 🫶🏼
