Make every weekday a game day open play format allows players to rotate games, meet new people, and enjoy consistent court time. Whether you’re here to rally, improve your game, or just have a good sweat, you’re welcome on court.
After all of the initial round of players have played, winners will be group and allowed to play first on the succeeding round. Then losers will follow after them. Paddles will be labelled with there name and stacked.
Sign-up Guidelines:
1. Request to join the meet, and will be waitlisted.
2. Pay the court fee as stated above through gcash
3. Upload payment receipt in the chatbox
4. Admin will approve once payment has been verified.
Cancellation policy:
1. No refund in case of cancellation.
2. However, Player may contact waitlisted player to take the slot and shall collect refund from them directly. In case no waitlisted player available, player may contact any other substitute player to take the slot. In case none can take the slot, payment shall be forfeited to the club fund.
3. Player must inform admin of their cancellation and which waitlisted or substitute player shall take the slot so admin can apply the changes NOT LATER THAN 1pm on the day of play. Admin has the right decline replacement for failure to comply with the deadline.
4. Admin shall remove player who cancelled and replace with the waitlisted/substitute player.
5. Waitlisted/Substitute player can only play once admin confirms the replacement
