HOW TO JOIN
1. Request to Join
Click “Request to Join” in the event. If slots are available, you will be added to the Confirmed List.

2. PAYMENT FIRST POLICY

RESCHEDULING POLICY
✔️ You may reschedule your booking to any available Open Play date up to 24 hours before the meet, subject to slot availability.

❌ Rescheduling is only allowed up to 24 hours before the event. Requests made within 24 hours of the event can no longer be accommodated.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you respect the time of other players and your reserved slot.

SKILL LEVELING
If slots are full, we will use the Stop Light Skill Leveling System to help create fun and balanced gameplay:
🟡 Yellow – Beginner / Novice
🟢 Green – Low Intermediate
🟠 Orange – High Intermediate
🔴 Red – Advanced / Pro
