🔔 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

PAY-BEFORE-PLAY POLICY
1. Request for a slot via Reclub
2. Players will be WAITLISTED based on order of registration (first-register, first-waitlisted)
3. Once waitlisted, you may already pay for the open play fee
4. Upload the proof of payment in the open play chat (indicate the Reclub name/s of player/s for correct identification)
5. Upon checking of payment, you will now be confirmed and approved to join the open play

Waitlisted players will be approved to join the open play on a first-pay, first-approved basis

Only approved players are allowed to join the open play

Once the open play is full, we will no longer accept players even if they pay immediately or in advance — this is to ensure that everyone gets an optimal court playing time

⚠️ RESCHEDULING POLICY

Requests for rescheduling must be made 24 hours at the latest prior to the booked court rental or open play. Identify the new schedule to which you will apply your paid court rental or open play fee, subject to confirmation based on availability.

Requests made after this 24-hour window time will be considered as cancellation, thus forfeiting the payment. The admin has the right to accept new players for forfeited court rental or open play slots.
