🏆 PICKLE Q

We’ll be using the Pickle Q app temporarily to track our games, matches, and standings for the day!

So bring your A-game but keep it fun and friendly 💕

🏓 MONDAY OP – GAME FORMAT

To help us maximize our court time and get more games in, we’ll follow this format:

• First game: Warm-up dinks allowed (1 min)
• 2nd match onwards: No more warm-up dinks — straight to PFS (play for serve) and play
• No deuce — first team to reach 11 points wins 🏆

Less waiting, more playing! 🙌 This way, everyone gets to enjoy more games during the OP.

⚠️ WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By joining our Open Plays, all players acknowledge that playing pickleball involves inherent physical risks. The club and facility is not liable for injuries or lost/stolen personal items.

❎ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

To give everyone a fair chance to secure a spot and play, we have implemented a 24-Hour Cancellation Freeze.

• Cancellation before the 24-hour freeze: Refundable
• Cancellation once the 24-hour freeze is activated: Non-refundable, but may be applied as an OP credit

Thank you, and see you on the courts! 🏓
