Your slot is secured once payment is made and confirmed.

🪑 Waitlist Crew
If a slot opens up, waitlisted players may pay once the organizers confirm availability to officially secure their spot.

📸 Proof of Payment
Send your GCash payment receipt to the group chat for verification and confirmation.

💸 Refund & Transfer Policy
All payments are non-refundable but transferable. If you can't make it, you may transfer your slot to another player, subject to coordination with the organizers.

🤝 Partner Lock-In
Partner lock-in is allowed before the games begin. Once play has started, no further partner lock-ins will be permitted to keep the rotation fair and organized. Players locked in will be ineligible to win the prizes if they rank in the top 3.
