THE PERFECT MATCH – SEASON 2
EVENT MECHANICS

1. Registration

• Teams must register as fixed pairs through DinkPad’s Facebook page or Reclub.
• One member shall request to join the Reclub event and add their partner as +1, subject to confirmation.
• Slots are confirmed only upon approval and payment of both players’ registration fees.
• Changes in team composition require management approval.

2. Tournament Format

• The event shall use the PickleQ App with the Social Mix setting, assigning random opponents for every match.
• Teams must retain their registered pairings throughout the event.

3. Game Scoring and Deadline

• All games shall be played to 11 points, sudden-death scoring. No slide 2.
• The winning team shall be determined by 6:20 PM.
• All pending matches during that time shall be continued and will form part of the teams’ scores.

4. Determination of Winner

• The team with the highest number of wins shall be declared the winner.
• Only one team shall be declared the official winner.

5. First Tie-Breaker

• In case of a tie in wins, the team with the highest win percentage reflected in the PickleQ App shall prevail.

6. Final Tie-Breaker

• If the tie remains, DinkPad management shall determine the final tie-breaker mechanics, which will be announced before the match.
• Management’s decision shall be final.

7. Refund Policy

• Confirmed slots are non-refundable and non-transferable unless expressly approved by management.

8. Sportsmanship and Fair Play

• Players must uphold honesty, integrity, respect, and sportsmanship throughout the event.
• Cheating, score manipulation, verbal abuse, and other unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited.
• Violations may result in warnings, sanctions, or disqualification.
