📌 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES
⭐ MEMBER PRIORITY
The Dink Zone Pickleball Club Members have priority access to Open Play sessions.
Priority Order:
🥇 1. TDZ Members
🥈 2. Non-Members
• There is no fixed number of slots reserved for members.
• All members who request a slot will be prioritized, subject to the total Open Play capacity.
• If a member requests a slot after a non-member, the member will still receive priority.
• Non-member requests will only be accommodated after all requesting members have been given priority.
• If all slots are filled by members, no slots will be available for non-members.
💳 PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION
1. Request your slot via Reclub.
2. Admins will review requests based on membership priority.
3. Once you are waitlisted, you may proceed with payment.
4. Being on the waitlist does not automatically secure your slot.
5. Slots are secured on a first-to-pay, first-to-secure basis, depending on availability.
6. Non-members must pay before the scheduled Open Play to secure their slot. Cash payments are not accepted for non-members.
7. TDZ Members may pay on the day of the Open Play.
8. Send your proof of payment in the Open Play Chat Box — NOT via private message.
9. Once all available slots are secured, additional waitlisted players will not be accommodated.
⚠️ Only confirmed and approved players are allowed to join the Open Play.
🚫 FULL-SLOT POLICY
Once all Open Play slots are filled, no additional players will be accepted, even if payment is made in advance.
Please do not send payment if your name is not on the CONFIRMED LIST or if the session is already full.
🔄 RESCHEDULING & REFUND
• Rescheduling or refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and admin approval.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play will be considered a cancellation, and the payment will be void and non-refundable.
• Forfeited slots may be offered to players on the REQUESTED list.
