RULES & ETIQUETTE 🚨
1. Race to 11 - no deuce
2. Respect the receivers call of IN/OUT ; if dispute cannot be settled we advise players to do a reserve
3. Fair play, Courtesy and Sportsmanship are required all the time. Please remain RESPECTFUL and RESPONSIBLE with your actions and attitude both on and off the court ❤️

PAYMENT 💰
1. Press request to join.
2. Once you're on the waitlist, settle the fee on the PAYMENT TAB to confirm your slot.
3. Upload your receipt on the payment tab.
4. Once payment has been made, we will confirm your slot and add you to the participants.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 🚫

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event.

Players may transfer or sell their reserved slots to other players. The organizer must be informed of any changes in participant details.

If payment has been made but the session has already reached maximum capacity, the payer may choose between:

● A full refund, or
● Club credits that can be used toward future Zpickleballers club sessions (OPS).

LIABILITY WAIVER 🏳️‍

By joining and participating in Zpickleballers club sessions at Backcourt PH, all players and participants acknowledge and agree that:

Zpickleballers club (Organizer) and Backcourt PH Management shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or pre-existing medical conditions that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and medical condition before engaging in the activity.

By participating, all players voluntarily assume the risks associated with playing pickleball and
agree to take responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings.

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Liability Waiver above.
