By participating at Smash Pickleball PH., I agree to respect the facility and everyone within it. This means refraining from using offensive language or playing music with inappropriate content. I will handle all equipment responsibly and will not engage in any behavior that could damage the property or harm others. I commit to following all posted rules and any instructions given by the Smash Pickleball PH. staff. My use of the facility, including court rentals and private events, will be confined to the hours specified in my agreement. Additionally, I will comply with the following policies:

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
No food, unattended children, non-pickleball sports equipment, or items that could damage the court surface are allowed inside unless otherwise specified.
Smash Pickleball PH. is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Release of Liability

I acknowledge that participating in pickleball involves inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks related to personal injury. I release and hold harmless Smash Pickleball Ph. from any claims resulting from injuries, illnesses, disabilities, losses, or damages that occur during my time at the facility, regardless of whether they result from my actions, the actions of Smash Pickleball Ph., or those of third parties. This includes but is not limited to injury or death. I agree to follow all policies, procedures, and requirements set by Smash Pickleball Ph. and comply with all regulations, including those related to COVID-19 or other emergencies.
