Weather Policy

Our reserved courts are outdoor courts.

If rain interrupts the games, refunds will be based on the remaining time credited by the management.

Example:
If play starts at 08:00 PM and is stopped by rain before 08:30 PM, there will be a full refund. If play is stopped by 08:30 onwards, 1 hour playtime on the court is already consumed. Refunds will be computed based on the remaining time (220/3= approximately 73 pesos per hour)

On/before 08:30PM = Full refund
08:31PM - 09:29PM = 145 pesos refund
09:30PM - 10:30PM = 73 pesos refund
10:30PM onwards = No refund

Please Note:

• Refunds will only be given to players who are present at the venue when play is officially stopped due to rain.
• If it's raining in your area but the courts remain playable, no refund will be issued.
