This focused training session is designed to challenge your reflexes, sharpen your paddle control, and teach you how to handle aggressive attacks while creating opportunities to counterattack.

🕒 3-HOUR FOCUSED TRAINING

⚡ FAST HANDS & VOLLEY CONTROL
• Quick volley exchanges and paddle reaction drills
• Forehand and backhand volley control
• Compact paddle movement and hand positioning
• Improving speed, timing, and accuracy at the kitchen line

🎯 DEFENSIVE SKILLS & BALL CONTROL
• Blocking aggressive drives and body attacks
• Defensive positioning and paddle stability
• Handling fast balls directed at the body and feet
• Recovering balance and preparing for the next shot

🔥 COUNTERATTACKS & REACTION TRAINING
• Transitioning from defense to offense
• Countering aggressive volleys and speed-ups
• Reading opponent paddle position and shot direction
