🎾 Welcome to Deuce Pickleball Club!

Please review our guidelines below to keep every Open Play smooth, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

1. 📝 Booking & Waitlist

- Requesting a Slot: Please wait until your status is approved as a Participant before sending payment.
- Waitlist: If the session is full, message the hosts to be added to the waitlist. Once a slot becomes available, prompt payment is required to secure it.

2. 💳 Payment & Confirmation

- Paid = Confirmed (unpaid slots may be released); if you can't make it, feel free to sell your slot directly to another player and simply notify the hosts in the chat room to update the roster.
- Payment Method: GCash only

- Payment Proof: Upload your receipt under the Payment tab. If paying for multiple players or sessions, please indicate all player names and session dates.

3. 🔄 Cancellations & Transfers

- Club Cancellation: 100% refund if the session is canceled or rescheduled by Deuce Pickleball Club.
- Player Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable.
- Player Transfer: Slots may be transferred to another player with admin approval, up to 24 hours before game time.
- No-Show: Payment will be forfeited.

4. 🏓 Court Reminders

- Ice is provided.
- One ball per court is provided. Please leave the ball on the court after each match.
- Bringing a backup ball is recommended.
- Keep games fair, competitive, and respectful.
- Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the game!
