🏓 Pickleball Game Reminders & Disclaimers

1. Be on Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game. Respect everyone's time. Late arrivals may affect court assignments and game rotations.

2. Play Fair, Play with Respect

Respect your teammates, opponents, and fellow players. Be honest with line calls and follow the rules of the game. Good sportsmanship always comes before winning.

3. Safety First

Warm up and stretch before playing.
Wear proper court shoes and appropriate sports attire. Stay hydrated and take breaks when necessary.

4. Know Your Limits

Play according to your skill level and physical condition.Avoid aggressive movements that could put yourself or others at risk. Inform the organizers if you have an injury or feel unwell.

5. Court Etiquette

Avoid entering another court while a game is ongoing. Keep personal belongings away from playing areas. Retrieve stray balls safely and avoid disrupting other games.

6. Game Rotation

Follow the assigned game rotation and court schedule. Be considerate and give everyone a fair opportunity to play. No monopolizing courts or refusing players without a valid reason.

7. Attendance and Cancellations

Please confirm your attendance ahead of time.
If you cannot make it, inform the organizers as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations may affect other players.

8. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for their own paddles, phones, valuables, and other belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost or unattended items.

By participating in our pickleball games, you acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport that involves potential risks, including injuries, accidents, and physical strain.

Players are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health before participating. Please follow safety guidelines, respect fellow players, and immediately report any accidents or injuries to the organizers.

The organizers and club are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
