Welcome to Mad Drops Pickleball Club!

This is where the madness begins.

Come play, meet the community, enjoy competitive games, and connect with fellow players who love pickleball as much as you do.

All levels are welcome — whether you're still learning the game, working on your skills, or looking for tougher competition.

‼️ WAITLIST / APPROVED STATUS = PAYMENT MAY BE MADE IF SLOTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE

1. PAYMENT
· Payment is via GCash only, unless otherwise announced by the organizers.
· Please upload your payment receipt under the Payment tab in Reclub.
· If paying for more than one player, please clearly indicate the names of all players covered by the payment.
· Please do not send payment while your status is still Request.

2. SLOT CONFIRMATION
· Your slot is only considered confirmed once payment has been completed and verified.
· CONFIRMED = PAID
· Sending a join request does not automatically guarantee a slot.

3. WAITLIST
· Please wait until your request has been approved or moved to an eligible status before making payment.
· Once notified that a slot is available, payment must be made to secure your slot.
· Unpaid slots may be offered to the next player on the waitlist.
· If the event is already full, please do not send payment unless instructed by an organizer.

4. CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER
· All confirmed payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
· Payments may be TRANSFERRED to another player, subject to organizer approval.
· Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled play time will not be accommodated.
· No-shows or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of payment.

5. OPEN PLAY RULES
· Please follow and respect the assigned rotation and queue system.
· Double stacking is not allowed.
· Play competitively, but always respect your partners, opponents, organizers, and the facility.
· Players of different skill levels may be participating, so please help us keep the games welcoming while still competitive.

6. BALLS
· Pickleballs will be provided for the session.
· Please leave the provided ball on the court after your game for the next group of players.
· We still recommend bringing your own pickleball as backup in case the provided balls become damaged during play.

7. GENERAL
· Please arrive early enough to check in, warm up, and prepare before the session begins.
· Light snacks will be available for players during the event. 🥪
· By joining the event, you agree to follow the rules and policies stated above.
