• If paying for another Reclub participant, HAVE THEM UPLOAD THE SAME RECEIPT in their Payment Tab.
• We will not confirm slots without the required proof of payment uploaded in the Payment Tab.

• Slots are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.


EQUIPMENT

• Bring your own paddle.
• Game balls will be provided by the organizer.
• Paddle rentals are available.

PARKING

• 15-18 Parking slots is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTICE

• Anytime Pickle is not responsible for incidents or injuries during Open Play sessions. By participating in our Open Play sessions, you take responsibility for your own actions and safety.

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Anytime Pickle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Anytime Pickle reserves the right to remove players from the premises in cases of unruly, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior, including disrespectful, offensive, or inappropriate treatment of our staff or fellow players, or any conduct that may adversely affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.

• Strictly no selling of slots. Slots that are sold will not be acknowledged.

• Rescheduling or refunds will only be considered in cases of Force Majeure (i.e., acts of God) or an error attributable to the Admin. If granted, please do not leave the Meet and allow the Admin to facilitate the necessary changes accordingly.
