🎾 DUPR Game Night – Official Guidelines

💳 Payment Policy
* Payment first: Slots are confirmed only after payment.
* Upload the screenshot in the Payment Tab or Chat.

💰Fees: Php400 per player including entrance fee.

• No uploaded payment = No approval.
• Approval is first come, first served based on payment.
• Slots are limited to 32 players per schedule.

💵Refund Policy
* Refunds are only allowed for players who paid but were not approved/confirmed.
* Slots may be transferred. It is the duty of the approved player to inform the admin who will take the slot. Otherwise, the new player will not be allowed to play.
* No transferring of payment to another date.

📱DUPR Requirement
• All participants MUST have a valid DUPR account.
• ❌ No DUPR, No Play.
• Please ensure your DUPR account is registered, updated, and connected to your Reclub account before requesting approval.

📋 Rules & Format
1. Group Division
* Players will be divided into two groups based on DUPR rating:
* Group A: Lower half of ratings
* Group B: Higher half of ratings
* If two players at the cutoff have the same DUPR (e.g., Player 14 and 15 both at 3.2), the first to pay gets priority to choose which group to join.

2. Initial Pairings
* First games are based on DUPR rating to ensure fair play (e.g., Top 4 players will play against each other, then the next 4, and so on).
*Players 13 & 14 (highest of Group A) will be paired with 15 & 16 (lowest of Group B). After winners and losers are determined, they will be redistributed back into their respective groups.

3. Group Play
* After the initial round, players will only compete within their assigned group.
* This ensures balanced competition and fair matchups.

4. Electronic Match Generation
* All subsequent games will be electronically generated based on:
* Win/loss stacking
* Player waiting time
* This system ensures smooth flow and fair rotation of matches.
* No need to place paddles in a physical queue line—just listen for your name to be called for your next court assignment!

⏳Game Time & Scoring
* ⏱️ 15 minutes per game (hard stop).
* ❌ No deuce.
* ⏰ When the timer hits 15 minutes, the current score is final (e.g., a 10–10 score stands as a draw).

By registering for and participating in this game, you acknowledge and agree that you are joining voluntarily and at your own risk. Any injury, accident, or medical emergency that may occur during the game shall be the responsibility of the participant. The organizers, admins, and venue management shall not be held liable for any injuries or accidents sustained during the event.
