🎾 DUPR OPEN PLAY DETAILS

• Open to players with an active DUPR account.

• All matches will be submitted to DUPR and will affect your official rating.

• Players will be grouped based on their DUPR rating to ensure balanced and competitive games.
Court 1 & 2: 3.5+
Court 3 & 4: 3.0 - 3.4
Court 5 & 6: NR - 2.9

• Partners and opponents will rotate throughout the session.

• Match format and rotation may be adjusted depending on the number of participants.

• Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the start time for check-in and court assignments.

• Late arrivals may forfeit their reserved slot.

• Good sportsmanship and proper pickleball etiquette are expected at all times.

• Court rotations and organizer decisions are final to keep the session running smoothly.

• Bring your own paddle if possible. Rental paddles are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For New DUPR Players

• Players without a rating (NR) are welcome to join if the session allows it.

• Create or claim your free DUPR account before the event to ensure your matches can be recorded. New players begin with an NR (Not Rated) status until enough matches are logged.

* Payment secures your slot.
* Upload your proof of payment in the Payment tab or send it in this chat with the participant name/s.
* Cash payments are accepted only for players with no No Show record.
* Please do not message admins directly regarding reservations or payments.

📌 Cancellation & Refund

* Cancellations made within 6 hours of the event are non-refundable.
* No refunds for no-shows.
* Waitlisted players must wait for confirmation before coming.
* If you pay while Requested/Waitlisted after slots are full, your payment will be credited for future Open Play or Court Rental.

🚫 No walk-ins once all slots are full.
