📲 HOW TO JOIN

Please follow the steps below to secure your slot:

1. Click “REQUEST TO JOIN”
Your status will initially show as REQUESTED.

2. DO NOT PAY YET
Do not send payment while your status is still REQUESTED.

3. WAIT FOR SLOT AVAILABILITY
Slots are prioritized on a FIRST-TO-PAY BASIS. Unpaid players may be moved to WAITLISTED once all available slots have been filled.

4. CHECK SLOT AVAILABILITY AND PAY ₱250
Once a slot is available, payment may be made through GCash or Cash.

5. UPLOAD YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT
Upload your transaction receipt under the “PAYMENT” section in Reclub.

6. WAIT FOR VERIFICATION
Once your payment has been verified and approved, your status will change to CONFIRMED.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Being marked as REQUESTED does not guarantee a slot. Your slot is only secured once your payment has been received, verified, and your status has changed to CONFIRMED.

🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

1. Open Play Format & Player Rotation

The Open Play format and player rotation system will follow the format and rotation guidelines implemented through the PickleQ website. Players are expected to follow the assigned rotation and court queue to ensure fair and organized gameplay for all participants.

2. Sportsmanship & Court Etiquette

All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward fellow participants, organizers, and venue staff.

3. Punctuality

Players are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for registration, preparation, and orientation before the scheduled start of play.

4. Court Assignments & Rotation

Players must follow the court assignments and rotation instructions provided by the Admin/organizers. Adjustments may be made when necessary to maintain smooth game flow.

➕ +1 / ADDITIONAL PLAYER POLICY

* Participants may request to bring a +1, subject to slot availability.
* The participant must notify the Admin in advance and provide the name of the +1.
* The participant is responsible for ensuring that the +1’s payment is secured.
* A +1 will only be considered CONFIRMED once payment has been received, verified, and approved by the Admin.
* No walk-in +1 registration will be accepted.
* If all 24 slots are already filled, additional players may be placed on the WAITLIST.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Participant Cancellation

* Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play date.
* Participants who cancel within the required 24-hour notice period may choose either:
* Full refund, or
* Transfer of their slot to another person.
* For slot transfers, the participant must notify the Admin and provide the name of the replacement player.
* No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

🌧️ Admin Cancellation Due to Bad Weather

If the Admin/Organizer cancels the Open Play due to bad weather or unsafe court conditions, all confirmed participants will receive a FULL REFUND of ₱250.

The Admin/Organizer will notify all affected participants as soon as possible regarding the cancellation and refund process.

🚫 NO WALK-IN REGISTRATION

No walk-in registration will be accepted.

Only participants with a CONFIRMED status in Reclub will be allowed to join the Open Play.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY

* Payment First: Payment is required to secure a slot.
* Mode of Payment: GCash
* Slots are limited to 24 players.
* Slots are prioritized on a FIRST-TO-PAY BASIS.
* Being REQUESTED does not guarantee a slot.
* Participants whose payment has not been received when all slots are filled may be moved to WAITLISTED.
