Open Play Reservation Guidelines – Pickleball Hub @ Tiendesitas
All players who request to join will be waitlisted – you can add a +1 if necessary.

First to upload receipt in the chat = first confirmed.

Please upload the receipt showing the reference number for verification purposes.

Upload your receipt in the chat box AND payment tab.

Confirmation is based on who uploads their receipt first in the chat box.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We will no longer issue refunds or allow rescheduling if you fail to cancel beyond the freeze time (12 hours before the scheduled meet).

We no longer accept refunds or reschedules if you cancel within 12 hours before the meet or during the meet itself. However, you may transfer your slot to another player on the waitlist.

If you are already on the confirmed list but can no longer attend the Open Play meet, please make sure to click the “Can’t Go” option before the 12-hour freeze time.

Once we post that we are at full capacity, please be reminded not to send your Open Play payment anymore. We will no longer issue refunds or reschedule requests in such cases.

Only slot transfers will be allowed. You will be responsible for offering your spot to another player on the waitlist.

If you still wish to be on the waitlist, you may come to the Hub and register your name in person. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee you will be able to play.

All players who wish to reserve a spot must do so through Reclub. Only those on the confirmed list will be allowed to play.

Important
Kindly put your name and your +1's name/s on the receipt before uploading it in the payment tab and chat box.
