💸 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS

📌 PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
• Upload your payment screenshot in the designated tab
• Slot is confirmed only upon payment verification
• Players who pay first will be prioritized on the official player list
• Unpaid slots may be given to waitlisted players
• No slot reservation without payment confirmation

🎮 PLAY FORMAT:
• Matches will be played race to 11 points
• Sudden death will apply after 10–10
• Warm-up/dinking will only be allowed before the first game to help conserve time and maintain smooth rotation
• Matches and player queue will be managed through PickleQ/Reclub

⏰ Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for warm-up and proper game rotation.
🤝 Please observe proper sportsmanship and respect all players and organizers.
🚫 Payments are non-refundable. Player replacements are allowed, but the organizer must be informed beforehand. Unannounced replacements will not be recognized.
🧹 Keep the playing area clean and dispose of trash properly.
⚖️ Organizer reserves the right to adjust rotations depending on attendance and court flow.
