📌 HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR SLOT:
Request to join the event through Reclub. Once approved, kindly send your payment and upload proof of payment. Please settle at least 24 hours before the schedule. Unpaid slots may be given to waitlisted players.

⚠️ PAY BEFORE PLAY
To keep the flow of games smooth and organized, all players are encouraged to settle payments before playing. Once a player has started his/her session, slots are no longer transferable.

• No cancellations within 24 hours before Open Play
• If you can’t attend, you may transfer your slot before the event starts
