PICKLEBALL DOUBLES OPEN PLAY NIGHT

We are pleased to announce an upcoming Pickleball Doubles Open Play Night on 15 May 2026 (Friday), from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Location: 8z Pickleball Court
• Courts: 4 active courts
• Slots: 26 teams (EACH PAIR IS COUNTED AS 1 SLOT)
• Registration Fee: PHP 200 per player (PHP 400/pair)
• Skill Level: Low to High Novice
• Category:
• Men’s Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

PUNCTUALITY & FAIR PLAY

All participants are expected to arrive on time to ensure smooth rotation and equal playing opportunities. Please be at the venue at least 15 minutes early for registration, warm-up, and coordination. Late arrivals may be queued accordingly.

GAME FORMAT & FLOW

To maintain fairness and efficiency, games will follow standard pickleball rules:
• Side-out scoring format
• Double-bounce rule and non-volley zone (kitchen) rules strictly apply
• Player’s call for line calls

Participants are expected to practice honesty and integrity to ensure a fun and enjoyable open play experience.

MATCHING & QUEUE SYSTEM

• Players must check in upon arrival
• Your registered partner will remain your teammate throughout the open play. For each game, your pair will be matched against a different random pair, whether a men’s doubles or mixed doubles team. This setup helps build chemistry with your partner and fosters camaraderie with other players, allowing you to maximize your playing experience.
• Be ready when called and be mindful of time to maximize playing opportunities
• Strictly no skipping or unauthorized substitutions
• The final system to be used will be announced before the games begin

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS
• Fee: PHP 200 per player (PHP 400 per pair)
• Mode of Payment: GCash only

How to Register:
1. Scan the QR code or click the link to access Reclub.
2. Send a request.
3. Once your request has been accepted, please send your payment to the details provided in the Reclub chat.
4. Upload your payment receipt via Reclub Chat, along with the names of Player 1 and Player 2. Kindly also fill out the Google Form sent in the Reclub chat.
4. Organizer will pm you if your slot is confirmed.

Note: Only 26 slots are available on Reclub. Only one player from each pair should register through Reclub. Each pair counts as one slot.

• No payment = no confirmed slot
• Payments are non-refundable
• In case of emergency, find a substitute or inform the organizer at least one day prior to the session
• Respect time, queueing, and fellow players
• Always maintain sportsmanship and camaraderie
