• Once moved from Requested to Waitlist, payment must be made promptly to secure your slot.

📌 Check in upon arrival
Please check in with the Admin/Stack Master and provide your Reclub name so we can add you to the digital queue.
📌 Be honest about your playing level
Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced—no pressure! If you’re new, just let us know. We’re happy to guide you and match you accordingly.
📌 New to Open Play? Just ask!
Not sure how rotations or scoring work? Our team and fellow players are always ready to help.
📌Be patient with the rotation system
Everyone gets equal court time. Relax, watch games, cheer others on, and enjoy the vibe while waiting.
📌 Request games politely
Feel free to suggest matchups—kindness and respect always come first.
📌 Most importantly: have fun and keep learning 💙
Mistakes are part of the game. Open Play is all about improving, meeting new people, and enjoying the experience.
📌 Court Use Rules:
1 Court - 12 players
2 Courts - 24 players
3 Courts - 36 players

‼️ CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before Open Play
• Payments are non-refundable
• Cancelled slots will be converted into Open Play credits for future sessions
