🎟️ REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a member of the SPARC group on RECLUB and have a DUPR account for smooth match submission.
• Join the club using this link:

• Your DUPR account must be synced with RECLUB.

💸 FEES
• ₱110 per player for 5 hours of play.
• Fee includes balls and court rental.

💵 PAYMENT POLICY
• Do NOT pay yet. Wait for payment instructions via chat.
• Once instructions are sent, you will be given time to pay.
• If payment is not received within the given time, your slot may be given to a waitlisted player.
• No receipt uploaded = no slot guarantee.
• Payment is required for slot confirmation.

🙋🏻‍♀️ PARTICIPATION RULE
• Minimum level: Advanced Beginner and above.
• No +1 players allowed. Each participant must request to join individually.
• Ball will be provided. Please do not use your own ball to avoid confusion.

🎖️ GAME FORMAT
• Tournament-style play
• 11 points – sudden death

🏅 STACKING SYSTEM
• Winner vs Winner
• Loser vs Loser
•No repeat partners unless necessary to maintain match flow.

🙁 CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION
• No show = no refund.
• Player substitution is allowed only up to 24 hours before the schedule. After that, it becomes non-refundable.
• If a player cancels before 8:00 PM during the event, the slot may open for half-time play (half price).

🤝🏻 FRIENDLY REMINDERS (On-Court Etiquette)
• Be respectful and a good sport at all times.
• No foul or offensive words during play.
• Call lines fairly and honestly.
• Encourage your partner and keep the atmosphere positive.
• Avoid arguments or unnecessary disputes on court.
• Rotate quickly between games so everyone gets to play.
• Keep noise minimal when others are serving.
• Help pick up balls between games.
