📌 PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
• Upload your payment screenshot in the designated tab
• Slot is confirmed only upon payment verification
• Players who pay first will be prioritized on the official player list
• Unpaid slots may be given to waitlisted players
• No slot reservation without payment confirmation

⏰ Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for warm-up and proper game rotation.

📋 Matches and player queue will be managed through PickleQ/Reclub.

🤝 Please observe proper sportsmanship and respect all players and organizers.

🚫 No refunds for no-shows unless cancellation is made at least 8 hours before the game.

🧹 Keep the playing area clean and dispose of trash properly.

⚖️ Organizer reserves the right to adjust rotations depending on attendance and court flow.
