Both players dink back and forth

Crosscourt Only Dinking

Both players crosscourt only
No speed-ups allowed
Goal: 25 in a row

Straight-On Dinking challenging each other

Dink straight ahead
Focus on depth and consistency
First to 50 clean contacts wins

Inside Foot Dinking

Must dink to opponent’s left or right foot
Forces accuracy and movement

Dink & Attack Pattern

4 soft dinks minimum
5th ball can be speed-up
Switch roles after 10 points

“Dead Ball” Dinking

Focus on lowest bounce possible
Track who pops one up first
Feel free to add speed ups

3rd Shot Drop Reps Straight on:

Player A is at the kitchen and starts with a nice fed ball to start drill
Player B returns deep
Player A hits drop
Reset and repeat (no point play)
Switch roles every 10

3rd Shot Drop Gamelike/Gameplay Reps. Straight on:

Player A Serves the ball
Player B returns deep
Player A hits drop
Continue to play out the point
Switch roles every 10 balls

Drive or Drop Decision Drill

Player A calls “drive” or “drop” before serve
Must execute called shot
Trains intention

3rd, 5th, 7th Ball Drill

Work full sequence:
Serve → Return → Drop → Reset → Dink
Feel free to play out the point once both are at the kitchen

Transition Reset Drill

One player at baseline
One at kitchen
Baseline player drives
Kitchen player resets (Or you can play out the point from there)
