42ND OPEN PLAY

Hey everyone! Please take note of the updated guidelines:

PLAYER CATEGORIES
We will cater 15 Beginners and 15 Novice players only.
The court manager will assess and identify your level (Beginner or Novice) and assign you to the appropriate slot.

COURT ASSIGNMENT
The court manager will assign your court and slot upon confirmation and assessment.

COURTS
We will have 2 courts available — 1 Indoor Court and 1 Outdoor Court.
Outdoor court use will depend on weather conditions, and updates will be provided if there are any changes.

SLOT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Once your slot is confirmed by the court manager, you must pay ₱100 immediately to secure it.
Failure to pay right away will result in removal from the list, and your slot will be given to the next player.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is allowed only if made at least 4 hours before the scheduled game time.
Late cancellations (within 4 hours) are not allowed.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only allowed if cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled game time.
There will be NO REFUND for late cancellations or no-shows, so please make sure to cancel early if you cannot attend.

ATTENDANCE & GAME TIME
Please be on time to maximize your playing time and enjoy more games.
Players who arrive late will have fewer games since the schedule will continue as planned.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
Only the court manager has the authority to replace players in the schedule.
If you cancel late or are not present, the court manager will decide who will take your slot from the waiting list. Players are not allowed to choose or arrange their own replacement.
